[Poll] What is the best gold making method?

It is always better to be selling something and be making some gold, then selling nothing at all. This is why i always have on the AH potions, flasks and the like, they sell, a slow seller yes, but they sell none the less. I try and keep 5 stacks of just about everyone of those slow selling items on the AH at all times.

The same goes with low level green items, I make maybe 2-5K gold out of them a week. Its not a lot, yes, but it is 5K more than the next guy who is not covering that section of the market.

 

Where botting you? in what dungeon?

shouldnt they actually all be the same? I mean provide the same opportunity? I think it just depends how and when they are used, no? And some people think better in certain ways/situations and therefore are more profitable via fishing, while others get all their gold from alchemy..? i dunno could be wrong, am new!

 

Finding a constant herb/ore buyer which u COD your nodes to everyday, I make 25-35K per day with 2 bots farming pandaria

 

I simply farm ghost iron ore and golden lotus in kui-lia summit and finding an average of 20 stacks in 2 hours and selling in on ah for 80-100 gold a stack. It sells very quick which is the best part.

Ok i am not making 200k a day like some people but if I barn hard and sell lots I can make 20k gold a day. I have no intrest in selling it for real money so it keeps me cashed up and can buy what ever I want when I want.

 

I don?t see the point in all the manual AH playing strategies. "Play vertically", "Diversify", blablabla... Seriously, guys, if I want to be back at that game I would spend my time at The Consortium Forums or other simillar places. We are a botting community, and in my opinion it makes not much sense commenting how to make gold from a manually played AH.

For instance, I?ve got three accounts (besides of my main account) Two of them farm, one of them is essentially stuck at the AH in Orgrimmar. The two farmers send mats to the auctioneer, and he auctions. I?ve set up aRelog the way the two gatherers gather about 3h, disconnect for 4h, and go back again. The auctioneer guy runs the basic AH Bot for professionbuddy and it logs in for 1h (cancelling all undercut auctions and reposting), disconnects for 6h, and goes back again.

10k/day on one of the shittiest economies of all WoW, but fair enough. It helps me paying for all the gametime for all my accounts, and leaves a good surplus to buy fancy things, powerlevel any profession and keep my chars well equipped.

I?ve got tradeskillmaster addon installed, setup and really well configured with different groups, auto update of prices and so. I spent many months playing the AH manually, and at the end I find the difference is not worth, if you are botting.

 

Could make like 20k a day just by having your AH account level a scribe up and do the shoulder shuffle and sell to vendor.

I?ll do that. So the plan would be to sell the ore and use the herbs for vendor shoulder enchants is it?

 

your making more gold by grinding Companions like Parrot cage Hyacinth macaw, Azure whelpling, Tiny emerald whelpling, Captured firefly etc
its not even in the poll, but otherwise i guess auction house, im buying fish and making oil with alchemy sells good

 

For the record i do the entire shuffle making gems enachants and the works and i have to manually spend maybe 10 min on it a day with the profile i created for professionbuddy. it's no extra work and i make about 35k most nights. 10 of it from the shoulder enchant shuffle Teveel mentioned

 

If herbs are less than 30g/stack then yeah.

 

Mmm... In my server herbs go a little bit more than that. But not much, and I think at the end is a way to diversify markets and go a little bit more under the radar, as it gives you less public exposure. Will try to look for a few profiles as I?ve got many toons with all professions.

The easiest and fastest way is to sell the raw mats.
there are always buyers who buys all your stuff.

its true, that you can double or tripple profit with jc/transmute etc. but it takes so much time and work...i dont really think its worth it.
maybe if all can be done via profiles, but you will need some accounts doing this and the need some gametime to do all of this.

lets say you have 15 toons that farm ore/herbs on 15 different accounts
1 toon gets ~400 stacks of both per day. doing jc/transmute etc needs 2 more lvl 85s who need some botting time - so thats some waste of time
and every account will need several hours - per day - to shuffle all of these 400 stacks

so the normal time for 1 account looks like this:
farming 16 hours - shuffle 8 hours (you shuffle needs much time)

so if you compare the time you spend to shuffle to the time your toon can farm raw mats - you loose about 20-30%
if you can double your profit with shuffle on your server, you have maybe just 50% profit (double profit) left after posting it on the auction house

in my oppinion...its not really worth it

 

In my opinion splurge a little ang get an extra account you will make more than enough to replace what you spent in a month or two. I do the shuffle from mats i farm on one account for between 12-16 hours a day and i make between 20k-40k a day. just two accounts. Only take maybe 4 hours to shuffle which i have created profiles to take care of that myself. Most i have to do is tally up what i have so i can put in the profile what i need to make and set it to go. takes 15 min. When i was selling mats i made maybe 10k per day on a good day. so at .5/k and you make minimun of 10k more thats $5 a day. Six days to take care of subscription fees and 12 days to pay off the new account. thats another 12 days left in a month and thats and extra $60 then the next month your looking at $120 profit. all thats with minimum profit. Seems worth it

but you farm ~14 hours with a profit of 10k makes 700g per hour. 4 hours more are ~3k which are 1,5$
so you have 3,5$ more per day
if you just use the other account to farm mats, you have 5$ more per day.

But thats the most you can really do what about the days on the shuffle where you get 40k? from just two accounts? i was frequesntly getting atleast 30-35k and you couls use the shufflers down time to farm some more mats.

 

and if you gather and get caught, you lose your all jc explore
