      Hi, Samp123,

Register at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same email you used to purchase Honorbuddy. From there, you can terminate any sessions associated with your key.

If you still have problems, tell us exactly what you're doing to trigger the problem (did you stop/start Honorbuddy too fast? did your Honorbuddy crash and you're trying to restart it? Are you sharing a key with someone (this is okay, btw)?). Also, we'll need to see your full log to diagnose any problem.

      cheers,

Hi again, Samp123, and thanks for the log!

      Let's try these corrective actions:

      • You cannot install Honorbuddy directly to the Desktop or to the root of a disk drive.
Instead, you must install it in a sub-folder. The easiest way to stay out of trouble with this is simply to install it to C:/Games/Honorbuddy.

      • Launch Honorbuddy directly from honorbuddy.exe--don't use a shortcut.

      • Your Honorbuddy/Settings/ directory could possibly be corrupt.
Delete this directory, and Honorbuddy will put it back as needed.
If you're not off-and-away after this, please post another fresh log after you try these corrective actions.

      cheers,
      chinajade
