that botbase doesn't require any profiles, so you're doing something wrong, without a log I can't tell you what though, but I'm guessing you're not trying the fishing botbase.

just from what I see, seems like you are trying to use OrderBot instead of the fishing botbase. Select fishing from the dropdown and all should work fine.

Just an update to the leveling 1-50 profile I modified. I'm currently working on taking it to 60 as well as making some changes (enabling stealth, npc repairing, fixes to some locations that arent facing the right way as well as auto equipping) Be patient and hang in there please it will take me most of the day to modify the profile to go to 60

This has the camp bronze lake section modified a bit to correct some heading issues and some locations where fates were spawning and killing you.

Had a typo in the code for Stem Borer -- Fixed

I think it might be useful to buy in increments of 99 or so...to prevent buying 400 or 500 bait when you already have 390. It will just be slightly more elegant.

Can we build checks into this?

Ex.
1.) If you stop and restart around level 10, you'll teleport to purchase 297 Goby Balls despite there already being 290ish in the inventory
2.) There seems to be a lot of problems moving around.

Problem in question:
[05:55:52.527 D] Requesting path on 138 from <652.9992, 5.641125, 561.822> to <648.4436, 5.505192, 558.5661>
[05:55:52.574 D] Generated path to <648.4436, 5.505192, 558.5661> in 00:00:00.0462923 ms

Not sure what happens but the guy just stands there unless you manually move him around

I am having issues at Camp Bronze Lake due to fate mobs.... Also, there is no point of moving to north Bronze Lake unless we use Syrphid basket to catch the higher level fish ... in regards to the < 32 section.

I moved the check to help alleviate the issue of re-buying bait. However it isnt fully resolved quite yet so hang in there.
I haven't quite figured out what is causing it to get stuck when it generates a path as it happens randomly with no rhyme or reason.

I removed those pesky spots, I will look into adjusting the code for that level range

Is there anything I can do to help troubleshoot? Looks like the issue I get is that I don't "put away my rod" essentially as soon as I hit any button - I'm good to go.

Not sure if this is an issue for others but it hasn't worked for me once yet. It's not a huge deal since I'm pretty low level.

Im not sure there is anything I can do when it hangs on generating a path. I think thats more to do with the nav server which is out of my hands (mas is working on rewriting it for flying iirc)

Removed the lvl 32 chunk, you should now stay on the safe side of bronze lake until 35.

I downloaded the Fishing leveling profile 1 - 50 and it is busted.
The fishing profile on the 1st page Fishing_Leveling_1-50.xml [v1.0.0]

Code:
[17:56:52.881 N] Failed to load profile: Element Fish is not supported. Please check your XML and try again.
You're either missing the Fish tag (either the .cs file by kaga or the Fish SVN by ExMatt) or you haven't restarted RB after putting it in the right spot.

Have you restarted RB since adding it to the folder?

Yes I have restarted. Now the bot just stands there and does nothing

This is what pisses me off about this bot this should all be built into the bot
and not have to rely on plugins to do 90% of the stuff with this bot!

IT does NOT say in the header was to where the "right spots" are either

They should specify the co-ordinates to stand at x,y in the notes
at the top of the profile but they don't

This is BS Fix this profile. Even better have it built into the bot like
it should be in the first place!

If the fishing bot base does require profiles, it wouldn't be an orderbot profile. I am actually not sure how it works as I have never used it. If you want to use that profile, order bot is what you want.

Edit: That being said, the fish.cs from the first page is no longer 100% working. You will want to use the fish.cs from one of Sycho's posts or mine, which I have completely reworked and has many new features.

Here is the link to mine.

https://github.com/MGramolini/ExBuddy/tree/master/OrderBotTags/Fish

Let me know if you need assistance.

I've never used the Fising BotBase. Are you trying to use an Order Bot profile with the Fishing BotBase? Why not just change it to Order Bot in the dropdown, which is what the profiles in this topic expect you to do?

Make sure you remove the old Fish.cs if so.

Even with the files you told me to get the bot still stands there and does nothing at the edge of the water / dock.

I am sick of this my frustration level is though the roof with this bot and how poorly designed it is.

There are NO co-ordinates x,y at the top of the profile in the comments area that tell you
where to go. There should be.
