      Please be gentle as this is my first post and first time here. I made the purchase, got confirmation email of my order, so I assume it's been received. In proceeding to next the step on the FAQ for beginners, it says to login to Buddy Auth using the email I made purchase from. I get an error message saying that I need to use the email address I made the order from....well, I am.

      I know this is way beginner to the questions being asked here, but I'm a little stumped on what to do as I cannot provide logs, error reports, or anything of the nature. My only hope is that an additional email will be sent at some time saying heres your keys you can now sign in using BuddyAuth? Is that the process? I couldn't find it in the FAQs anywhere.

      Your best bet may be to e-mail support@thebuddyforum.com from the e-mail used to make your purchase to get assistance with this.
