      Hi guys. It's not my style to bug you, years of messages prove that, but could you please give us something, anything, to tell us what's up with this bot? Are you still supporting it? Will there be an update? I know you've had your hands full with WoW: Legion, and I'm not asking for the Holy Grail. I am just hoping for some friendly news, something we could look forward to. It's the deafening silence from you that's the hardest thing to deal with (in this context).

      I hope you don't mind me asking.

      This section is getting ignored aswell. Maybe something like "We are working on it" will popup..:)

      as already stated we are working on the updates,it takes times cause the changes on latest patch were major

      Tony, I think than any ETA would be welcome.
      Without that, we are just assuming that you are only working on HonorBuddy, which can be true, it's no problem, but you have to tell us.

      Hi, Tony.

      I certainly don't expect an ETA, but if someone could pop in every day, or two, and just let us know that things are moving forward, that you're almost there, etc... as you do with HB, it would be greatly appreciated by all here. Just a regular status update, nothing major. Sometimes, this forum seems like the only thing missing is tumbleweed blowing through...

      sorry for the rude words but this is a joke. at the whole time of Hots beeing live. there where way bigger patches which changed nearly the whole game and you wanna tell us that a patch changing some talents,mana usage hp pool and some other things can take 2-3 weeks WITHOUT!!!!!! any new information ? at the past Hots had changes where charackters got complete new talentsets and it NEVER took that long to fix it. Like many people said its ok if you spend your ressources at Honorbuddy or at the lineage 2 bot or Pokebuddy or or or or but god damn keep us pls informed and not with theres no ETA and "its a big patch". I mean how many patches the bot is now behind ? 3 or 4 ? and 2 kinda big ones ? so we can expect it will never come back if its updating like that or what you try to tell us ?

      Sorry im a bit disappointed about all that because nothing is changing at the whole time with the bot ( Charackter logics are missing from many new/old heroes) the map logics are still kinda meh ( i know its not easy) but we dont see any big changes where we can say heeeeey the devs are working on it.

      ^ exactly this, during Stormbuddy is down, they updated hearthbuddy 2x, are able to run new projects (work on them) lineage 2 buddy, pokemon go buddy, legion buddy, honorbuddy and maybe more, im not following every one bot they released. it looks like they have nothing from stormbuddy in income so they dont care, once a week just a post like, we're working on it, it was a BIG patch, there is no eta. its like you didnt post anything at all, because these informations are well known for 3 weeks.

      maybe its better you let us know hey guys, yeah we are running some bigger projects right now and the only staff member working on stormbuddy is on vacation, returning next week, sorry for the delay, you all will be compensated, the bot should be up soon approx 2 weeks or something like that, so i and maybe a few more do not refresh this thread like every 15 minutes to get some precious info.

      Think about it, maybe some honest info would calm the flame on this forums ;) or even releasing the update would calm it for sure :D

      Pokemon Buddy went from 0.59 to 0.63 in 2 days.... and still no ETA.
      I could use Storm buddy during less than 1 week and I'm going on vacation today. So even if the time is shifted I will still lose it. I paid 12€ for 10k gold. It's more expensive than Blizzard.

      I thought that no company could be worse than Blizzard. Thanks to you, I know that there is always worst.
      I think you should stop this bot cause you can't even support it.
      And seeing that forum full of rage, nobody will subscribe to it anymore. gg wp.

      Each bot has its own set of Dev some may have the same devs.
      Stormbuddy has its own set of devs there are 2 of them or was before stormbuddy was disabled then came back. Before it was disabled the devs were posting in the fourm all the time. After not at all. Didn't even respond to my pm.

      I am sorry but you do not understand the nature of coding and software development. Not everything can be fixed within days.
      The devs are not talking here because they should concentrate on coding, not posting.
      We Admin/Moderators answer the same questions again and again because people do not read or ask for updates on a daily basis.
      If there is something to share, we will do it. If not it makes no sense to ask, we're not hiding things.
      If you are in the refund timeframe you can ask for one if you're not satisfied with our service. There is a no question asked policy if you are in the refund timeframe.

      As Sil3n7 said correctly our bots have different developer teams and they are also different in regards of complexity so if pokemon gets an update twice a day it does not say we're lazy on stormbuddy if you see nothing happening here :D

      Well, I can say that only because I'm a lead engineer. Meaning that I know the developing cycle and the team management. Saying that there is no ETA on a project only means that there is no one working on it.
      However, if you're a developer, then yeah you have nothing to do on the support Forum.To this I agree.

      And we do understand that you are not hiding anything as you are sharing nothing, it is quite hard to hide something.

      2 we dont need to understand the things behind the scene BUT we bought a product which is aviable and you offer it as working on the website ( you can still buy it lol) AND THIS is a no go cause its a lie nothing more.
      The bot doesnt work now for 4 Weeks ? the next big patch was coming and the Devs couldnt even update the bot for the patch where the problem started. So i seriously ask me what the heck are they doing? specially if these patches doesnt changed a lot compared to others.
      BUT if you say they are working on it my next question. HOW is it possible that the bot doesnt make nearly 0 Progress in development ?`Billion of charackters are missing ( which are nearly half a year out) the bot logic is also nearly the same from the start
      So pls tell us what are the devs doing ? updating the bot naaa they dont, improving the bot ? naaa they dont, giving reports whats going on ? naaa they dont.
      I DONT say its easy to keep the bot updated and improving it and i appreciate the work from the Devs but doing nothing with results to show anything isnt acceptable and you know that.

      last word. IF i buy a product which is teased as working ( like your site do) i have the rights that it rlly is working otherwise every criticism is deserved
      sorry for the harsh words but its allways the same answer from you guys ( maybe you cant or doesnt have the rights to say something else) but waiting 4 weeks without a detailed answer and a half year without any major improvements isnt a good answer to shut down critic.
      again sry but im getting mad like everyone else here
