      Exilebuddy will be undergoing extended maintenance for the 3.1.0 expansion this Friday.

      There is no ETA for the doiwntime, but since this is a larger expansion, the downtime window is expected to be several days at minimal and possibly up to a week or so depending on the final client changes.

      Please be patient as the updates are done as they will take time. Any progress updates will be posted to this thread as needed as the days go on.

      Updates are well under way, and things aren't looking too bad. There have been numerous internal client changes that will cause this update to run longer than previous ones though.

      We do not expect a Beta test until possibly the late end of this week.

      We're about ready for our first Beta test, so we'll be preparing for a release some time Friday. Here are the current patch notes for the upcoming build.

      This is a paste of the current OldRoutine with the changes made for the Fuel Carts quest.

      There are two issues these temporary changes address:
      1 - Avoid combat chaining away from the fuel carts endlessly and never progressing in the quest by preventing movement towards the best target.
      2 - Avoid infinite combat near the fuel carts and never progressing in the quest due to the new endless mob spawning by not executing combat logic for a small fixed period of time.

      We plan a new routine system for 3.1+, but with frequent game mechanic changes such as this, we always see new things to consider in the design.

      So for now, we've made these changes so QB is able to progress through the quest. It's not pretty, but it should work for now.

      As a heads up, the estimated beta deployment window will be around 12-16 hours from this post or so. If there's another late night patch deployed before then, it'll most likely be pushed back a bit depending on the contents.

      Sorry guys, we need to push our initial beta back until later today (Saturday).

      It was just a bit too hard on me time zone wise to make it on the previously estimated time. Since there was no patch, we just need to merge our final updates and make an addendum thread to our 3.0 release thread.

      Beta #1627 has just been deployed!

      Please be sure to read the release thread addendum. An initial Release build will most likely be made early this week, once the initial bugs and issues are addressed over the weekend.

      Please keep in mind this was a large expansion and there's bound to be issues, so please bear with us as more testing is done and we work to solve any reported issues.

      Our estimated (read, not promised) time frame window for a Release has been moved up to roughly a window of 4 hours at minimal rather than waiting another day. While there are a lot of updates still to do, things appear to be stable enough to the point of us not wanting to keep people waiting.

      At the time of a Release build being pushed, keys that expired before the downtime will get an extension. If you bought a key during the downtime, you will need to e-mail support for your missing time.

      We thank all our users for their patience during this massive update, and we hope to continue to keep the updates and improvements coming!

      Release #321 has just been deployed! Downtime compensation will be given out soon.

      Please keep in mind additional patches and updates are expected for the next few weeks, as that's always the case with these expansions, but we'll try our best to keep things going.

      An update for the 3.1.1.3 minor patch that was deployed 5 hours ago will be deployed in roughly 2 hours.

      Another update will be coming soon to fix the MapTier in the API for the Shaper 3.1 changes. Right now it's not being correctly calculated on newly shaped maps.

      Beta #1638 (Release #327 is building next) has been deployed for tonight's patch and a few other minor bug fixes.

      We hope to post a 2018 roadmap within the next few weeks going over our plans for addressing the two major areas of improvement EB needs: a new routine system and pathfinding library updates!

      It's about that time of year again where we need to start doing various updates to the packages Exilebuddy uses to keep on top of bug fixes, security updates, and other performance improvements.

      In the next update the following packages will be affected:
      This will result in a new file "MahApps.Metro.IconPacks.dll" being added.

      We do not expect any side-effects of these updates, but there's always a possibility, so please report any issues with full logs in Support forums as soon as possible.
