3.1.0 Expansion Status Thread

Release #330 was just deployed (Beta #1646 was deployed yesterday) containing numerous API fixes, a few updates, and the previously mentioned package updates.

Numerous game data updates have been made, and more are coming in relation to skills/skillgems to help provide data useful in our future routine update.

This is just a quick status update, as things are starting to quiet down with game updates, and the league is progressing on. We hope to present more concrete details of our upcoming updates in the near future!
