So I sighed up early September but the program wasn't updated and was unusable till October 5th. Still unusable 6th, 7th, and 8th as it can't be installed. Its finally usable on the 9th and I get banned within a week....... OK, but I can't get a refund because the program was unusable during my 7 day trial period? When exactly did my 7 day trial period start? When I signed up, when the program was updated or when it became actually usable?
