      i send you guys 2 emails about my refund to support@thebuddyforum.com

      its been 2 weeks and you guys never reply..

      can i get a refund Please?

      You've taken the right actions.

      Once the Bossland GmbH 'front office' approves the refund, it goes to the payment provider to issue it. The front offices of neither company work the weekends.

      Your only recourse is to contact the Bossland GmbH 'front office', and ask them for the status. The forum staff do not have any ability to assist you in this matter.
