Greetings to you all that are interested in the actual news about the legal history that we are making. This year seems to get very hot here and we expect some wins at least, but lets start one by one. I. Honorbuddy case in the city of Hamburg regional court - lost 7/8 of the case, and appealed regional appeal court - lost 2/3 of the case and where granted to go to the Federal Supreme Court Federal Supreme Court - we had an appeal deadline until 31th March 2015, but because the case documets are not here, we have now until 27th May 2015 to write our appeal to the Federal Supreme Court. I must say, i would have been more happy, if we could speed that one up, as we believe that we have a great chance here to be really heared by the Federal Supreme Court and we would like to win here too. We expect the next hearing somewhen in 2016. II. interim injunction Demonbuddy case in the city of Hamburg regional court - lost, no sales in Germany regional appeal court - lost, no sales in Germany this was the end for the interim case, after that there is the normal one. There is no date appointed as the court of Hamburg waits to see how the Federal Supreme Court will decide on the Honorbuddy case. No expectations of any new hearing for 2015. III. private liability case in the city of Leipzig regional court - lost and the case was split into two, one half was directed to -> A. regional court of Zwickau - where the hearing will be on 30th April 2015 ( we plan to win that one the other half was appealed at the B. regional appeal court - lost and was not given the chance to appeal at the Federal Supreme Court, a non-allowance complaint was filled to the Federal Supreme Court, we need to constitute why it needs to go to the Federal Supreme Court until 27th May 2015 there is also a hearing about weither there should be a fine applied to me or not, as Blizzard means that i do not obey the court decision, the hearing will be on 15th April 2015 IV. Diablo 3 goldselling case in the city of Hamburg regional court - lost the interim injunction regional court - there is a hearing on 7th May on how the decision should finally be, on interim injuctions the one who sues has not to bring any evicende, its enough if the court believes what he says, here real evidence and facts are needed. Blizzard has until now not brought any evidence in any of the cases, but it seems courts are not much into that these days, we hope that the Federal Supreme Court has another perspective on the law. V. Countersuit in the city of Munich regional court - lost most of the case, appealed on the whole decision and Blizzard appealed on what they lost regional appeal court - hearing is appointed at the 2nd July 2015 As you can see, there are 4 upcomming events the next few months. It also takes the courts longer than a month, more like 2-3 months to write the decision after a hearing, there will be not much information this month, but i think that from end of Juni there will be some more news about the legal status. That all are decisions that influence the german market only, in rare cases the decisions apply on the whole EU - this is the case if its anything that has trademark issues in it -.
