      I cannot reset my password or log into the buddy portal, tried contacting the email address provided and was told to use the forum.

      The error it reads is:

      Login was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again.
      This account is locked out because of too many invalid password attempts. Please contact support at support@thebuddyforum.com
