Cant get Demonbuddy to connect. Please Help.

    Just paid for 32 day 1 session sub.

    I run Diablo on 32bit.
    I put my key in, and hit connect.
    It freezes and this message comes up.

    No, it is on full screen mode. I will change it to windowed mode to test
