Sometimes people use for CMs etc. I dont feel particulary comfortable flagging some abilities for bosses only when infact theyre useful outside of that. Perfect solution would be a checkbox letting people select what to handle under cooldowns. But that generates more questions then good solutions i've noticed. Use the overlay, and hopefully you wont forget
