this didnt go to trial keys right? plz clairify since it says all.
a trial key lasts 3 days,so what 14 days are you talking about?
14 Days is very, very generous IMHO lol.

We are adding 14 days to all keys to thank you for your patience and support during this downtime.

It's very generous! Unless you bought lifetime-key, which I thought the majority of the peeps bought
I see where you are coming from.
But It think the wording might have been confusing. I think he meant recurring keys, trials aren't really permanent keys.
Since Trial Keys do not even reach 14 days, One would think it would invalidate anything that cannot gain 14 days to start with.
"all keys" include trial keys, as they're keys. (imo)
if you have not gotten 14 "extra-days" and your trial (3-day i assume) key was active during the downtime, contact support and state the case: email@example.com
nothing to lose imo.
if your key was NOT active during the downtime, don't expect "extra days" imo.
I purchased a 3 day key during this downtime and did not realize that I was going to waste it.
Do I need to purchase another key? Or will I get that three days back?

I see what you mean, but it's kind of like me asking for 14 days on all my lifetime keys.
It's the wording that needed to be correctly phrased.
Non-trial, non-lifetime, keys have gotten 14 days increased.
Because if it's trial for 3 days, you can only get 3 days, you can't expect 14 days on a 3 day trial.
So yea, contact support and ask them for 3 days on the 3 days.
I'll try contacting support to ask them for 14 days onto my numerous lifetime keys. (<=Sarcasm btw)
Its just my personal opinion on the whole matter.
Let's not discuss this further, it's leading nowhere.

Well, I purchased my 1 month key on 11th of January and it didn't get any free days?
