good luck guys .. hope somone finaly whoops one of these corporate companies arse
hmm (enabling/facilitating/encouraging Breach of Contract is also a substantive charge) then woudln't everyone be sued? example: if a drunk driver gets in an accident and kills soemone is the beer brewery being sued? no! this is Blizzards way of keeping us paying each month! Else think how long it would take to level an account, farm gold, get gear/items, and so on. It would take us months and possibly years! I sure hope HB wins this! I live in the US and I am sick of how companies like Blizzard use the courts to get their way or buy their way by prolonging it in the courts! Hope German courts and judges see through this crap. GL guys.
thx for your support guys
we appreciate it
let us pelt blizzard rotten tomatoes )))))) lets make strike near court !!! ))
Wenn ihr bis vors BGH geht, naja...dann haben wir ja noch 5 Jahre?^^
Some facts for the english speaking guys:
They have to go through 3 Instances before they can go to the BGH.
These are: Amtsgericht => Landesgericht => Oberlandesgericht => Bundesgerichtshof
i guess blizzard forgot that, you cant sue everyone in europe, thats only in america
Do it for the Fathaland!
Wish you all the luck guys.
what do you think bossland is a robot? he is a user/player as well. thing is they can't figure out on how to stop him from updating the bot. once they find a way to block the bot, he updates it. so they scare him with a lawsuit
And with the right ammo they might even go further than that and take it to European court.
or you could simply baffle them and stage a monty python type spanish inquisition
Hang in there. Don't give up. This program is the best one on the market and you need to fight for what you have poured your effort, time, and lives into. I always recommend this program to RL friends and whatnot. You guys are the best and I thank you for what you do!
3. Inducing Breach of Contract
You're not selling the game, or any content that looks like the game. Neither are you using any WoW artwork or any trademarked sounds. So point 1 and 2 are retarded imo *note: not a lawyer or anything*
Point 3 is the only thing you're actually doing right?
I don't think Bossland etc are breaching the contract, its the users who are doing that. Could be wrong tho..
Bossland is a user

From what I can see, the World of Warcraft MMO mouse (sold by blizzard), also offers an unfair advantage over those who have not that mouse. In game macros can only work with one hardware event per action.... while that multi-button mouse can bypass that limitation....
Said that, I agree with what been said before.... offereing means of breach of the EULA, means not much as blizz itself offers a way to to that.
Blizzard have amended the EULA to allow for the use of approved third party software. It was to allow for the gaming mouses and G15 keyboards. A complete double standard and grounds for anti-competitive practices in my view. "Yes we give in you can do it but only if you buy it from us". All in all that makes the inducement to break a non-legally binding contract irrelevant in a court of law. It's equivalent to firing someone because they refused to abide with a companies unfair demands at work.
I'm sure the legal team are all over this fact already as it was mentioned to both Boss and Tony as soon as details of the suit were made available and I've every confidence Blizzard are in for a very rough ride.
Boss etc..if you're reading this, sorry I haven't got hold of you on skype yet but I'm on my travels atm. I've spoken to my politician friend and as soon as I get back I'll organize a meeting for you with the relevant parties to get you any extra support you need.
Mr Rigole and cronies if you're reading this for clues, as I'm sure you are, then I really hope you understand what an unfair practices suit will do to your parent company. Vivendi are already facing significant problems with regards to Canal plus and if rumours be true they are in for an even rougher ride in future. Let's just see how many of the hard hitters, that they've upset, will want to back a ground breaking legal precedent in European gaming practices. I Hope, for your careers sake that you've not bitten off more than you can chew but I hope that you come to understand that your underhand tricks will not work in the civilized world. I'm sure that bed and breakfast in Los Alamos will keep hunger at bay.

You're willing to go to the end with BGH ? Big respect for that and hopefully you will win the case.
