Wish there was a way to stay out of the lava.... died 27 times in searing gorge

 

I ran through the Searing Gorge profile without running through any lava and didn't even die once during the entirety of it. Maybe you need to clear your mesh folder and let it download the meshes again? I have no clue.

 

ii fixed the 1st issue i had but now he keeps trying to pick up a quest from Witch Doctor jin'zil but the witch doctor has no quests.

 

RunLua.cs error while running the Ashenvale profile. I was afk so I didn't see exactly what lead to it. But here is my log and the time the error was thrown.

I am not a horde so i haven't ran this profile yet - just trying to fix the issues it has.

did you do the callboards quest?

re-svn and let me know if this fixes it

 

Copy RunLua.cs from your Miscs folder to your main Quest Behaviors folder, COPY IT.

Switching from mulgore to northern barrens didnt go well, kept trying to go via southern barrens rather than use the transport to orgrimmar

In the northern barrens profile the quest echeyakee was a little off in its positioning, because it was not at the correct location it wasnt able to summon the mob and just sat on the hotspot only reacting when it was attacked by a passing mob

At level 20 i couldnt figure out what was happening, it was either doing weird shit in orgrimmar or weird shit in thunderbluff... i got the impression it was just trying to go back and forth between the two. I trained it up, grabbed the riding skill and manually grabbed a FP to south of ashenvale before continuing again

For the ashenvale profile, i would advise to add a huge blackspot around the raging ancient

that sits outside splintertree post... the bot seems determined to try and walk thru this elite mob rather than use the alternate path

This was changed to a 1-60 project?

I know of good 60-70, and 70-80 profiles that work very very well, and I've been able to AFK on them completely on certain classes. They are Horde Questing profiles btw*

60-70
I Fully AFK'd on these classes:
DK
Pally
Druid
Mage (Needs a better CC, or a really good CC)
Priest (No problems so far, but needs a better CC. It keeps dying)

70-80 is a little more difficult
DK (Got stuck on 7 parts, but did it really fast)
Pally (Stuck on part number 4)
Druid (Never got stuck so far)

Mage and Priest are still in 60-70 range

I had a shammy but I did 60-70 with IB, and planning to do 70-80 with IB too, but the Q's are really long atm.


And they are also available in their appropriate sections.

The 70-80 is the [QO] Allen's english edit btw*

They are also all flying only*

PS: 80-85 requires a lot of user intervention I heard, and kick's profiles are probably the best way to go. For a fully afkable 80-85 tier, we'd need to wait for future features in HB.

1) always use a fresh hb, stop copy and pasting the files out of the .zip and into your 'old' hb

2) you have various errors with your plugins

3) make a fresh hb and then copy stuff into it. never the way you're doing it now

 

Thanks, I couldnt figure it out. so just ran AV for a while till i hit 83 then changed to the uldum profile.

I was also wondering about the the UserDialog quests, some of them dont seem to difficult for the bot to do? why do they need user interaction? is it a limitation of the bot, or do the profiles still have some kinks to work out?? (not an attack, just curious)

 

the UD quests ... if you're talking about the 'flying boat' quests ... the boat isn't meshed and i have no clue how someone would mesh the boat unless they meshed the object and it would run on a different XYZ, i really don't know

as far as the others, a lot of them are special behaviors that haven't been implemented (or weren't when i made it) and some are them are vehicle quests / behaviors which I can't make either. But that's what natfoth and raphus are working hard on.

I took over a couple of their profile projects (natfoths worgen profiles to get them up to code, then handing them back over to him... and the horde 1-68+ from raphus permanently) so that they could develop behaviors and fix behaviors, and raphus can fix meshes and IB instead of dealing w/ the profile

So, hopefully the cata profiles will get more AFK soon ... I know it's a huge pita - but i've actually ran the cata profiles a lot. I just ran Hyjal with 10 toons and it's down to 4 user dialogs currently, and less when natfoth runs it and fixes the last few issues.

Deepholm - those 10 that just ran Hyjal will run Deepholm then Uldum, then TH

So, it's a slow process... most of it is waiting on behaviors

 

How come when i try to use the Flying profiles it keeps saying

Can not start quest bot - this profile does not contain a quest order!

What to do >P?
