    Looks like location one of grapple points change, Navigator stuck on try to find it:

    Edited By Staff: The root of the problem is your toon is standing in lava. Prevent it from going into lava and you fix the problem. Navigating out of lava is not fully supported in HB due to technical issues. If you can give an example where the same problem can be reproduced in water then please report it here.

    Navigator very badly perform jumping from lava \ water to surface if surface have any reasonable angle
    (it worth noting than manually you can perform jump manually with no issue)
    This mostly because it perform very short jump instead of normal directional jump.

    Here is example (which are pretty many in Sarumar \ Azsuna), this problem not a particular place, but in whole.

    When Invasion active in Stormheim
    there are additional objects, which Navigator do not respect and always try to move through it, which is impossible and cause endless stuck.

    A new cave has popped up in patch 7.2 in Highmountain that is not meshed:

    Roads from Command Center need adjustment - currently bot always use not optimal on which it will always stuck and dismount, instead it should use proper one.

    Navigator do stuck here in click to move and not determining obstacle (this object however meshed and its part of map, not object in game)
    more likely need to add some bounds to it for fix.

    Nightelf toon with flying getting ability to be flying wisp when dead and i think this cause hb to bug - it cant move to corpse, even thos point where corpse located it was moving when was alive with no issue (pvp tower top floor)
    Also i notice wisp can fly even in tower, not sure if this causing problem in logic (as inside tower is indoord)
