      Hello

      I'm running win 8.1 x64 enterprise
      I can not install hb. I have the newest .net 4 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64)
      I downloaded the ZIP and running as administrator, and its not starting. Log attached

      emove:
      - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
      - microsoft .net framework 4 extended
      - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

      restart your pc,
      download the installationwizard from here
      run it as administrator.
      after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      restart
