We've had this discussion many times in the past, and the answer is "no, not until its absolutely needed". We do have plans to officially support Windows 10, but the development staff will not provide an ETA. Some people have had success in using DX11 with Windows 10—but again, we cannot offer support for it at this time. The process is going to take as long as it takes.
