how do u update the Ironbreaker?

 

Once the routine folder is in the routines folder, run the bot, sign in and you should be greeted with a window to select a combat routine. Select IronBreaker and it will either auto update on there or says it's up to date in the HB log window.

 

thanks alot, and are you guys working on prot spec by any chance? like the bot keeps using focused rage on prot spec and its really annoying i tested out arms/prot and arms was pretty good but prot spec just need to get rid of that auto cast focused rage.

 

Yea I will add in an option for users to enable/disable the use of Focused Rage for the next update

Hi Sykotik, first thank you so much for putting this together, it's a great thing you are doing this.

I tried deleting, removing, reinstalling from the zip, deleting HB cache, deleting routine profile... and can't get it to work in a secondary talent tree. Protect works fine but it never works on a different one. What sort of logs do you need to investigate this?

 

What's it doing when you switch talent tree's? Is it showing a red error in the HB Log window? If so, click the "Settings & Tools" button on the HB Window and at the top right make sure you select your spec.

If it's not this, then PM me your log files (Located in your HB folder\Logs\{Server Name - Toon Name} and grab the Latest ones (1 to 3 of them should do).

 

Update 1.0.9.5 Pushed. Added Focused Rage option to Prot and checks for if it's enabled/disabled in Prot rotation.

 

Newest update seems to have broken mine. I selected it and updated then it brings me back to selecting a CR and will not let me select Ironbreaker.

Here's a log of it, hopefully that helps if it's not just me. Thanks!

 

Interesting, looks like it's crashing due to you being in an instance and it trying to update some values and failing. I'll take a look into it.

 

Logs when changing talents...

As promised, the issue related with changing talents while in game.
Summary:
· Protect works great, then change to arms it only auto attacks, back to protect works good again.
· Every time the bot configuration is changed accordingly to match the game talents.

bot is still casting focused rage even when i uncheck it

 

Try reinstalling the bot (Back up your old bot files) and then try the routine. In the log it looks like it's only casting one or two abilities, which is strange. I haven't seen that and I'm not completely sure how to reproduce the bug on my end so I can fix it. If you're on Honorbuddy's Discord, message me on there so we can try to figure out what's causing it.

I'll take a look at it, might have missed something when writing the checks in prots rotation.

 

Just did some testing and it's not casting Focused Rage for me if I uncheck it :/ Is it still using it for you even left unchecked?

 

i tried again today without changing any setting and it works fine now, thanks alot!

Hi,

Just been trying out the prot rotation, working fairly well so far.

Current feedback:

-When I tick use focused rage, it always unticks it as soon as I close settings (but seems to be doing it anyway? so might not be a problem)
-There doesn't seem to be a way of disabling victory rush - even when unticks it casts anyway.

Interrupts would be better at the end of the cast bar for three reasons:
-Looks less bot-like
-Disables the mob for longer while it casts reducing incoming damage
-Affords other group/raid members the opportunity to use theirs first, reducing risk of blowing more than one at once.

 

Strange it's still reticking the setting.

I'll push an update today with the following:

Adding in proper Tank Management (Raids/instances)
Options for ms left in a cast to interrupt at
Blind casting (No longer have to be actively targeting to taunt/interrupt)
Take a look at victory rush and fix it there was an issue.
