Is it safe to bot D3 while WoW/Hearthstone is open?

With the recent announcements regarding honorbuddy and the sort, I am worried about the extent of blizzard's detection methods. You say it can scan processes, perhaps even see open windows... but is it looking for DB or just honorbuddy etc? While DB does randomize process name, it is always one of 3 random names, so are these detection methods smart enough to catch that?

Is it safe to use DemonBuddy while WoW or Hearthstone is open? Alternatively, are you unsure at this time, and thus we simply shouldn't risk it?

Exactly this is why I am concerned only as of recently. I too used to have no qualms about botting during wow or hearthstone. It's the recent changes that have me concerned.
