There's reasons behind the problems, some are technical and some were simply errors in judgement. If it applies, you've been offered a refund. If it doesn't, you've been offered an apology. Since some of you are so big on business, how it should be run, what the owners should do, etc. I direct you to the ToS you agreed to when you purchased this product: this product is provided "as is" and without guarantee. If you didn't read the ToS then that's too bad, its your job as a consumer. Maybe they should start bitching at you for not doing YOUR job.
