      I made the request of the pokebot ninja, they sent me the email with the form of payment via ticket as I requested, I paid him on Saturday morning, and so far nothing ... I sent an email to suport with the passion request number , and they told me that there is no such number, please help me, I already sent screeshot of everything, including proof of payment
      help me please

      and i cant log in on the buddyauth for support, says my email do not registred.

      being that the same sent email to this email, with the ticket that was paid by me, Saturday

      If you purchased it somewhere else there's nothing we can do only unless you got it from one of the links from our boss land shop there.

      If support@thebuddyforum said they can't help you or can't retrieve your details, then we definitely can't help you. Your best shot at this is to contact PB again and get them to figure it out for you.
