      Hello there,

      I have emailed support@thebuddyforum.com twice in order to pay for a purchase through the Buddy Store. My card is being declined. I am attempting to get help from the representative named Joro but we are at a communication impasse. He marks my tickets as solved when I am not receiving a solution. Is it possible to receive help from a different member of support staff, and if so, how?
