      Dear Community,

      we have seen a lot of reports regarding Looting Pokestops, Fleeing Pokemon and IDLE and even the well known "soft ban".

      First of all I want to say, we are not ignoring these reports. As you all noticed the spawn rates of lured Pokemon were reduced a lot. This just happened after Build 94. A lot of people thought it was because of a bug in Pokefarmer. But this is not the reason. All Maps, Bots and third party tools have this issue. Before we could see all lured Pokemon of every Pokestop around. In a high popular area this was a lot! Nowdays we cannot see them all anymore. It is bound to the distance. If you are close enough - you see it - otherwise not. That's why Pokefarmer does not encounter as much Pokemon as before. Besides this a lot of rumours are around regarding "bans", "ip bans", "device bans", and whatever. Yes, there is something going on. The "soft ban" we all know is not alone anymore.

      At this point, we do not want to spread false information. Give us the time to figure out when these "bans" are triggered.

      There is not just one reason that triggers this. There a multiple reasons that leads to this situation.

      Anyways always be sure to keep the following guidelines:

      • Never use Pokefarmer and the real Pokemon GO app at the same time.
      • Never teleport insane distances.
      • If you want to teleport from Amsterday to New York City, check a plane. How much hours would it need? Log off the game completly, wait and **then** teleport.
      • Do nothing with Pokefarmer that is not possible under real conditions.

      I still have one account that I use for "real botting", not debugging or testing things out. That was never banned, never soft banned or anything and I just do things with that account a normal player could do aswell.

      Also, below is a summary of known items about Soft Bans, Hard Bans, IP Bans

      • Soft Ban:
        1. Original Softban: Pokestop gives nothing + Pokemon fled on first ball
        2. Pokestop gives items + Pokemon always flee
        3. Pokestops always out of range + No pokemon spawn

      • Hard Ban:
        1. Read data error on phone
        2. Not sure if this is going to be permanent yet, but it looks like it is going to be permanent with a new Niantic Ban Appeal Page

      • Soft IP Ban:
        1. IP Ban temporarily (30mins+)

      • Hard IP Ban:
        1. IP Blacklisted on Niantic server, unable to access PokeGo from that IP anymore.

      Can agree to this. My bot have never been soft banned or anything. Still using my mobile phone to play sometimes. Just remember if youre far from home to wait the travel time before log in with your phone.

      For what it's worth:

      Mine had the IDLE status as well, but suddenly the bot started working again. I did not do anything, just let it run with the IDLE status.

      All that was is ur softban being lifted and the bot being able to return to normal function.

      >For those are are to lazy to read my point to this being true is the new softban removes/pokes and Pokestops from the map so the bot IDLES because it has nothing to do well if you let it sit on IDLE long enough your softban will disappear and it'll break the IDLE function because it now sees where to move to.

      Might be unrelated, but try other locations than Tokyo Disneyland or Santa Monica Beach, there are tons of cities around the world.

      I would also try to make sure that your exit IP is in the same country that you are farming.

      Okay, just tested some things out.

      I have two bots, one has the "can't get data" error, both on the wifi and the mobile device without wifi, so it's probably not IP related. (Glad it's my wife's)
      The other account still works although all the pokemon flee after the first try. It can still spin pokestops and I just tested it on a Gym which still works. Also it runs the same IP as the first bot.

      We can still run the phone app as long as the GPS is turned off while we bot right or do they detect that now too?

      I can confirm this same behavior on two accounts aswell. But I did crazy things with these accounts. Still figuring out when it get's unblocked again.

      Hmm, im still trying to figure out what might be wrong with one of mine tho.
      I'm able to catch pokemons, but not use the pokestops :D

      i Can login see pokestops see no ban message can transfer pokemons only one what i cant is loot pokestops or catch pokemons i can´t it with pokefarmer or with my smartphone

      Have been using PokeFarmer, Phone (without GPS) and BlossomsPogoManager over the last week. Never had an IDLE issue. Today I started using PokeSniper2 along side the rest and finally got the IDLE problem. After a quick scan through the forums I logged off my phone and waited 30minutes. Currently back to botting; though it looks like I'll stop using PokeSniper2.
