So, one of my ban has been repealed to a 72 hour ban and the other is still permanently banned because the GM is an asshole. Should I open another ticket the next day and hope a different gm looks into it?

Nope...you're screwed...try again in 3 days, 3 months or 3 years...you are probably still screwed...the next letter will the same thing...best to just move on...
