If my primary goal is just to mass farm Leystone atm, it's still helpful to have some indicator to pick XXX profile for this. I am aware that it is available in all zones, but certain paths are particularly much, much better for it. I could rotate through the whole Legion continent and randomly get it here and there over hundreds of hours or pick an optimal one to get thousands of Leystone over 1 click. I guess none of the profiles are optimized for this particular type of farming yet though? They all follow general routes to get some of everything? (like if one of my toons is a miner but not an herbalist, he would naturally just get much lower nodes per hour since the profiles don't specialize in any particular resource?)

 

Legion zones (except suramar) is scaled to your character level, which means the ores are random, there is less felslate in these zones, the following profiles are best suited for Felslate:

In general, herbs is per zone (each zone for each herb) and Leystone is in every zone with a few felslate here and there (random spawns).

All the profiles are optimized to gather as much ore's and herb's as possible whichever profession you have, not all profiles are added yet (under heavy testing).

that's my results from the short route highmountain farming...that's really bad for a paid profile...any insight into making a better one for it?

 

We are working on optimizing the current profiles aswell as creating new ones.

Have you considered there might be other people that gathers in your area while you use the profile? (i've gotten even lower on my realm, stopped and watched the route and i saw others gathering)

 

I did figure about having others in the area, so what I did is compare your route to that of a free route and they have a lot of common hotspots. Which makes me believe that is where the problem is, maybe if we could find a different section of the zone to do the farming

Thanks, I wasn't sure if the ore nodes were completely random and was hoping there would be profiles specialized for specific ore farming for bots that are not dual herb/ore. Or if we just needed a crapload of ore to max out a BS in a short stent. Will keep running the general harvesting routines for now.

 

Hey so, I was just watching my bot go, and he died a few times and got to yellow it went back to oculeth to repair and just sat there, he doesn't want to interact properly. Just sits there. Was running the suramar long route

 

In the new updated version 1.1.4, all suramar profiles will run to Azsuna to repair or mail items (Suramar vendors are bugged with HB)

Yes, however, Honorbuddy itself will dismount when you are in combat.

 

Hey the Herbalism & Mining - Azsuna - Val'Sharah - Suramar Long Route doesnt seem to be mounting for me. I've tried the other profiles and they seem fine. Kinda weird coz I'm almost sure it was working in the past. Any ideas? I could grab a log if its not something you know about already

 

Honorbuddy3 has a feature that doesnt let your character mount if mobs are close and it also dismounts if you are in combat.

 

Yeah I know about that buddy but this is running on foot everywhere. Left if going for over an hour and tried different settings. Only thing I can find is a a thread in support mentioning not mounting and Tony (I think) suggested something about hotspots being too close? sure thats not it right?

 

We have tested to increase the hotspots and it doesnt really change the issue. i will look into this once more.

 

Now ore and herb can not farm as before, because you need to kill monsters and pick up prey, such as the basilisk takes 10 pieces of ore, I made a profile with vyshymi collection points, obtained production in 2 times more than in the same period of time
