[Plugin] Hunter Auto Aspect Of the Cheetah

Instructions: equip the "glyph of aspect of the Cheetah" and use the aspect plugin attached to this post.
Plugin Effect: It will cast Aspect of the Cheetah in between while not in combat to enhance movement ability automatically.

Installation: Just install as you would any other plugin.
