[Plugin] Mr.GearBuyer

View attachment 31660 2012-09-26 11.24.txt now its doing it again when I click on fetch vendor items it goes to get them sometimes it pulls 1 sometimes it pulls 10 but its not pulling them all and the error pops up saying "opps there was an error" do you want to send report or do not send report. I can try again if I pick ignore this error and dont sent report.... but there is no log for me to send but I will send me latest one

 

Is the vendor for PVP honor gear out yet? Ive been looking but hadnt found anything yet

 

When you posted that, no. It is now though. For alliance follow the Great Wall south. For Horde, follow it north. They are inside a tower.

 

Also, Mr. Gearbuyer 2.4 will not stop saying "[Mr.GearBuyer]: Please move your toon close to the vendor. Otherwise HonorCap won't be able to buy items." Even though i am right next to the new vendor.

I'm experiencing the same issues as the users above.

 

Have always loved this plugin and its about to get a whole lot more popular with S12 tomorrow.

 

a lot of people complaining, but im not seeing any logs.

 

S12 started today. That is why everyone is having that problem.

 

I will share my experience with Mr. Gear Buyer on the current patch. I place my character right next to the npc that sells season 12 honor gear. I scan the npc for items, that works fine. I add items to buy with the plugin, that works fine. When you place your character next to Lok'nar Bloodfist (Horde Season 12 honor vendor) however I get this error: "[Mr.GearBuyer]: Please move your toon close to the vendor. Otherwise HonorCap won't be able to buy items.
Stopping the bot!" No matter how close I am or where I position my toon I get this error and it won't buy any gear. Hopefully this is helpful.

EDIT: I believe I've made a temp. fix. I modified line 172 of MrGearBuyer.cs and changed "_forceAddedPoints = true;" to false. Should work for now if I'm reading everything right in here.

I don't recommend using my fix unless you have no conquest points as I believe it might waste a lot of points for you and you'd have to go about modifying some more code to fix that. Anyway cheers ^.^

Just thought i'd help you out save you doing that little bit of extra work.

P.S despite what the 'Type' says there is no Repair funtion on these vendors.

 

Just wanted to post a success story. I used this all last night and it worked perfectly. I had zero issues that I am aware of.

 

Gearbuyer moving away from vender

Gearbuyer randomly moves away from the season 12 venders and repeatedly kills itself by jumping off the wall of china. Anyone else having this issue?

 

The only thing I notice is my toon is moved slightly in the same direction after coming out of each BG. That has nothing to do with GearBuyer though. I have not seen my toon jump off the wall though.

 

if i get a log i will work on the issue, and fix it. till then no logs, no fix.

CodenameG, They spawned new PvP vendors in Townlong Steppes for horde atleast, for season 12. You should check it out and update you awsome plugin Thanks for an awsome plugin! Would love an update

 

For Alliance, they are on the southern part of the wall. Between Dread Wastes and Valley of the Four Winds.
