      Sorry if this is a normal problem, but when my bot finishes a game, this message pops up

      no, this mean HS might be on the "closed, you were disconnected from hearthstone game service"
      restart the game, lower down the speed if you were running full speed.

      Is the bot stil working after this error ?

      If yes, dont worry, its normal. When the game ends, it's a way for the bot to know when game is over. No influence on bot behavior.
