Restricted response from server

I am having the error: Restricted response from game server. Try again in 2 hours
It started yesterday and gave me the same error but then 12hours instead of 2

How to solve? Thx in advance

 

What is PF and how to update? Thanks

 

I have done a fresh installation but am still receiving the same error.
