      Hello friends,

      I`ll get an exeption (greymagic) and a invalid auth after minutes of bot questing. I don`t know why.

      Lots of "old" HB users who had given up WoW are back in the game. Our user numbers have rocketed at the same time as we are under DDOS. Our ISP has a good solution for managing DDOS but it does generate false positives especially with lots of users appearing all the time. Another part of the problem is that when we use TeamViewer on user machines, the user often turns out to have anti-virus or firewall issues.

      We know there is an issue. But sadly, as long as "Fix your AV" and "Fix your firewall" turn out to be the fix in the majority of cases, we have to ALWAYS give that advice. For those who are still being blocked or disconnected, we don't have an answer. OVH is not perfect but they are better than anyone else we tried.
