      I know that this is not issue with HB itself, but there is not "HB store support" section.

      I bought paid product #Deathknight on store 3months ago (april) that was put in the store 1/29/2015 5:22:47 AM (based on first post in change log and support topic creation date).

      After 13.5. banwave I recently returned in WoW and tried to use that CR I was sad that it is not working (config of CR cant be changed) so I opened forum and found out, that developer of that CR said that he stopped updating it and is planning to let it die. I pointed out that he should be supporting it until 18m period is over (Q2 2016 based on publish date), but everything what I received was rude answer that his contract with store ended July 1st (It is interesting because it is not 18m since buddy store was created) and he will not support his CR anymore.

      So my question is - When this "18m support period" is started (It should be from 1st published version of product afaik) and does he really have right to stop supporting product that is not 18m old and is not released before this expansion?

      same issue with a questing profile I bought, no reply from the author for a few months now..

      each product has a support thread. you need to post there for support.

      As I said, I post there for support and received "I will not support this product anymore" response. That is reason why I post it here and asking what I can do about product/dev that discontinued product before end of 18m support period

      Just my 2 cents, but it looks to me like he has posted there and the dev is being a complete asshat. Personally I think you guys are the ones that introduced the store, you should be the ones to enforce the rules and make sure the dev's provide the support necessary.

      yeah I recently came back and found a TON of CR no longer supported, and some are even still for sale on the store

      Yes, this problem is probably not only with CR that I bought but with TON of other store products. It is not hard to find why many of products were discontinued - 13.5. banwave hit also devs. But even that is not good reason why dev should discontinued product that they should be supporting for at least next year

      I posted in the support thread for the quest profile i bought, nothing from the dev.

      Closing this thread as a dup of this one.

      Bossland himself responded on the other thread, and leaving this one open would cause split attention which would be counter-productive.
