We are aware of the Tripwire event that occurred on 8-Jun-2016.

      If you are seeing this...
[11:36:57.908 N] Tripwire activated. Shutting down Honorbuddy
[11:36:57.918 N] Wow exited, Honorbuddy stopped!
[11:36:57.919 Q] Bot stopping! Reason: Wow exited, Honorbuddy stopped!
      !

Here's what you need to know...
      1. Don't Panic.
      2. If you have other copies of Honorbuddy running that are not disconnected by Tripwire (not possible unless you're doing naughty things), disconnect them as soon as possible.
      3. This Tripwire event is unrelated to any previous Tripwire activation. All this means is the game client was updated in a fashion that requires immediate investigation

If this is your first Tripwire event:
You can find more information about Tripwire here:

      What happens now?
We are looking into the situation, and updates will be provided as soon information becomes available.

      What can you do?
      • Don't make new threads regarding the Tripwire event.
      • Don't spread false information, and don't speculate on things you can't possibly know.
      • Please be patient—these things take time.

We're leaving this thread open for discussions regarding the event. Please do not open new ones.

The force seems to be strong with fellow buddies this time. Tripwire has managed to detect suspicious activities which was bypassed with lately.

The situation is being investigated and more information will be posted later in the day.

Investigation still underway for the new detection attempt of Blizzard and it might take longer then expected. Right now, we do not have much that we can share publicly.

      Fellow buddies,

As you know, Blizzard has been upgrading their detection system and last night the tripwire service ended
Honorbuddy sessions because of changes that Blizzard pushed.

It is possible that accounts which were logged in to the game in the few hours before the tripwire event have
been flagged for detection. Accounts that have been online for a longer period are not expected to be flagged.
We are sorry we have no more information we are willing to share about this.

We are working on a new Honorbuddy release that will be safe from these changes and will post back here
as soon as we have progress to report.
