    I knew there was some shady stuffs going on in backend. I'm so glad I didn't try the new update.

    So I see customer service around here is still sub-par. Not a single post or comment form staff or devs since the patch release this morning. I would think Tripwire activating would be on the top of the list to get in touch with your community. 5 years I have used this product and this is only my 5th post in 5 years. Not because I have not had my issues with this product but because it is futile to try and resolve anything on this forum. Information on here is old or comes too late to help. SOME moderators and or staff are just plain rude and tell you the topic was discussed elsewhere on the forum but provide no link to the conversation or solution. Don't get me wrong, a lot of what is posted by members is garbage as well and I am sure the staff has heard it all. But here is the rub, we pay for this product and it does not matter if they have answered the question in the past 25 times, they need to answer it every time a customer asks and be polite about it. As far as the BoTs future, well we will see but as long as I am paying you for a product the least you could do is type a few words letting us, your income source, know that someone over there came into work today.

    P.S.
    For all you haters and trolls, I happen to love the BoT. I have many years of in-game prosperity from using it. My issue is the lack of customer support. More specifically the lack of up to date information on this forum which is what they promote as their customer service focal point.

    I didn't either, and so did many, but we were banned anyway (up to 5/5/2019 for me).
    So this had not so much to do with the new release. (or better put: with the new releases detection).

    To add to the conspiracy theories:
    What if you wanted to raise the price of the bot, but suspected that you lacked the support of the community... (especially after the "lifetime" key thing).
    I would make it seem like an enormous project with a lot of people involved, and lots of struggles to overcome...

    HB is dead from what i can see. my other account lasted 5 days, didnt even jump on it this time . i just watched this forum to see, and i was right. bans are comming every single day and now another weave. its not safe to use any tool in wow anymore. some other rotation hacks/bots are way safer, but nothing is safe. you will be banned within days/weeks its not 6 -8 months between anymore.

    It's looking that way more and more. Too bad, since I can't put the huge time investment into the game anymore due to life obligations and quite frankly 90% of this game needs to be botted to make the game slightly enjoyable. Hopefully the HB devs prove us wrong.

    I got banned without using or installing the HB patch. Hell I wasn't even in the game for more than two weeks. So the bans had no direct correlation with the update.

    They waited however, for the new patch in order to start the banwave, so people would make the assumption that the bot was spotted immediately after release.
    Its Blizzards mind-games.
    I don't even think the number of accounts banned is that large. They don't want to ban 10% of their clients.
