      I farm close to where i live, never went far outside of the country with pokefarmer.
      since last night I received "Could not connect to game servers. Please try again later." message.
      I made a new account with the same nickname and nickname is not availabke, meaning my account still exist,
      so am I banned?

      Yes that's probably a ban.
      Go to the ban section, these are many similar posts there.
