I am happy that botters and goldfarmers exist. I like to play World of Warcraft and not World of Farmcraft, which will inevitable happen when botters and goldfarmers will be eradicated.

You are not allowed to apply your "labor" in the first place. You need to break contracts (u have willingly signed) and u need other players to get their accounts threatened of banning to continue with your profits.(exactly the same like a thieve: Also breaks contracts, steals, sells, profits. And needs punishment of other persons for the same thing he does to continue profiting.)
...the customers of stolen goods do not make this thing better. They never do.

      @Angelus:
not rly surprising that a botter is glad about botters, right?.

      Enough.

No reason to carry on the with a subject of why you bot, or why you like/don't like botters.

      You're all here now.
Doesn't matter how you got here.

If you don't like botters then stop being hypocritical and go back to playing all manual.
      End of rant.

They have a lawyer, if not a few working for them and are not going to close HB untill the courts make a ruling, and even then i'm sure HB will win.

It's going to take years for this to reach a court room, and those other bots closed because of the threat of blizzard suing them, HB on the otherhand has chosen to fight.

The thing blizzard don't know.. is that bots actually help their market, say a noob needs some gold.. where can he get a cheap from? a botter. if he didnt have this gold he would get bored and quit.

Blizzard are a declining company if they win against honorbuddy they lose a shit loads of profit and players.

Have you read the communist manifesto? :p

But yeah, I get what you are saying. Germany was a nice choice. They have better power over their product and their money. :)

Lifetime, for any software means, you have access as long as the product is being updated/developed. If (just as an example) the bot goes down in 1 week, this lifetime ends there.

I only bot for archeology and farming mobs that drop rare pets or grinding reputation/fishing/leveling. In other words, i dont bot for profit. I actually farm anything i sell on the AH by hand even though i could use HB to do it. In all honestly, im not sure whether botting is ultimately bad or good, i think when you add in chinese farmers that can compete with the bots the question becomes moot. Even if there was no botting its unlikely anything in game would change because of them.

From personal experience, mass botting back during vanilla with wowglider ruined the game for me. It became nearly impossible to farm any substantial amount of gold without investing an undoable amount of time with my schedule. Back then, nodes didnt spawn based on how many people were in the zones, but rather there was a finite amount of stuff that could be gathered because it was based on timers.

Still, im glad i can bot now because if i wasnt i probably wouldnt still be playing. It takes way too much time to grind all that stuff. I would never have even gotten into pvp if it wasnt for botting. I would run in and die in 3 seconds flat without resilience gear and get sick of it before i could even accumulate any gear. Thanks to botting, i was able to get some honor gear and find pvp fun enough to keep doing it, without the bot.

For me, its about playing the game the way i want to in a way thats fun for me.
