  • Could not connect to login servers. (probably wrong password?!)(My last one was closed incorrectly)

      ....I opened a previous thread and it was closed before my issue was resolved. -.- I said I am not to your previous question of "Are you using a VPN?" I did not say anything when the community manager asked, I did not have a chance.

      My issue is not at all solved. Still cannot login.

      1) Password does not contain !
      2) No VPN / Proxy
      3) Fresh installation?


      When you say you do a fresh installation, do you delete the entire PF folder and create a new one when you unzip it?

      Correct, I have deleted the entire folder many times now.

      please check to make sure your password doesnt have too many uncommon special characters and replace them with things like _'s and !'s instead.

      It does not have any uncommon characters.

      Can you tell me what symbols are inside your password?

      _ is the only one. I solved this actually. I went through my registry and removed all setting files from previous anti virus programs I no longer have installed. Norton/AVG, not sure which one was the culprit, but it was one of them.

      So you no longer face the wrong password issue? Did you changing your password in recent attempts help to fix it? or it was solely your AVG registry?

      Solely the AVG and/or Norton in the registry

      But yes, I am logged in as we speak with no known issues
