      Hi, I purchased my key for RB 1 month 2 days ago and it said:

      Greetings Buddy,

      Your order needs to be manually reviewed by our financial team to prevent fraudulent activities. This process may take up to a business day.
      You will receive another email once the approval process is done.
      Thank you for your understanding.

      It has been more than a day and I have still not received my key for order

      , I have also tried to email the support@thebuddyforum.com address and have still not yet received a response, can someone help me out here please?

      You should have received a automated reply indicating a ticket had been created, if not reach out to the email again, from a different address. Response time can vary from a few days to longer sometimes.

      It's been four days now and I still haven't received even a confirmation of a response. Is this normal?

      It's not that unseal unfortunately it doesn't get taken care of and I don't have access myself to resolve such issues.
