How long does a soft ban last for?

So I've noticed finally on one of my accounts it doesn't see any rare pokemon. So I'm wondering if anyone knows how long it takes for the ban to lift if they've experienced it and have been un-banned recently or if it's permanently like this.

anywhere from 1-2 weeks of legit play is what I have come to understand. Sometimes less time.

 

Thanks CAcove! Now, what about when you can't log onto the game and get the "Failed to connect to server" but there isn't a message saying you're banned. (Can still log onto other accounts)

Zane173 i belive thats a permanent ban you got there, even thou it says "failed to connect to server" i have an account with the same issue, odd idear that they dont just say that you are banned but i suppose it dont matter much...

 

That usually sounds like it, check on the account every few days though, as some appear to be returned later.

i was wondering the same thing so i emailed them ya know to try to get it back lol but at the bottom of this email i kinda thought ok maybe i can get it back

lol i like that last part as well... then i got 6 accounts that are temporary bugged LOL i never got that "you are banned" message on any account
