      I placed an order Feb 28 and the payment already went through. I created a ticket "Your request (#221259) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff."

      still no news. Can anyone help at all????? do I just reverse this payment? starting to get annoyed that there's not even a single response

      yes. Unfortunately the support member who handles it is unreliable. Many tickets don't get handled in a timely manner. The security settings for the shop are very strict, as it is for a digital item with a limited lifespan there are often people using stolen cards to purchase keys with fake info.

      Many people are using without issue, as long as non suspicious details are used during the checkout process, ie dsadasd f34ewg3 as name is not used.
