missing key. refund able?

tried looking at : Log On - Buddy Auth Portal
but dosent pop up yet. if i do not get it anytime soon
is there any way to get a refund?

it could take up to 24h if the system is slow.

Give it 24 hours. Normally they answer much faster.

 

Also be sure you are using the same email on buddyauth as the email you used when you bought the key.
