      So, after 4 days of use I asked for a refund. I haven't used it since then, it's been more than 20 days and I haven't gotten a single response from support. I sent emails and tickets and nothing. Should I assume they won't respond or reimburse me?

      yes. Unfortunately the support member who handles it is unreliable. Many tickets don't get handled in a timely manner. Do a charge back

      Unfortunately, in the country where I live with the card I have, I can't do the charge back. I depend on them refunding
