No pokemon, pokestops, or gyms on map

I can walk around the map, and it will say 'x Pokemon spawned', but there is nothing to interact with anywhere.

Any ideas?

 

same probleme here, no firewall / antivirus . just normal windows defender on win10. anyone can help pls?

 

used both. mouse and keyboard. moving around works fine, but no pokemon and no pokestops

 

I turned off anti-virus and firewall and still not getting any pokemon or pokestops appearing.

 

I have the same problem if i am in a other country. If i stay in my town, i see pokemons, pokestops and so on. But if i am in a other country, there are no mons or pokestops visible. (i wait the travel time)

 

I just tried it starting in Germany and it worked perfectly (except my account got soft banned).

But I'm in Australia and it doesn't work if I start in Melbourne. Can you fix that?

Try connect on phone, solve catchpa... this helped me

 

I had the same problem, with nothing showing up on the map but I could still walk around. So I logged into my mobile device to solve the catchpa and that fixed it.
