I've done a lot of work to scale the heal logic to low levels and I have it healing now as low as lvl 20. The next release will work with dungeon buddy as well and I have put resurrection logic in. I just need to put drinking in for mana and it should be perfect for dungeon buddy when the scripts are updated. Thankyou all for being so patient.
Aside from buying a brand new HB Key and purchasing on a new buddyauth account, is there anyway to purchase if you accidentally refunded in the past? You've talked about being able to gift keys to people who provide significant feedback. So if you have the ability to gift keys, do you not have the ability to process a sale on the side? I went on my buddyauth account and found out that apparently this was purchased and refunded in the past. Letting someone use your HB Key while you're taking a break from WoW can have it's set backs at times...

Not really. HB and the developers of these CR's gets scammed all the time with people making purchases so they can use a routine for ex-amount of time knowing they are going to submit for a refund. It just happens too many times to be a coincident. Not to mention it is very clear before you go through the refund process for it to be an accident or mistake. This actually costs HB money when people do refunds so you can't blame them for not allowing anyone to purchase again when they ask for refunds. I'm not saying some are not legit but you can understand their point of view. Best to just purchase a new license and move on.
How exactly does it cost HB any money when someone does a refund? It doesn't at all. They hold all sales for x period of time before even releasing any of the revenue to the developer. When you refund a sale on paypal you refund the full amont, no more no less, and they don't get charged for processing. So that point is moot. From a customer service standpoint HB should allow 1 refund to be reversed. Because there are things that come up, for example my issue. Letting someone use my HB key and buddyauth while I was taking a break from the game due to the birth of a kid. They refunded, and now I don't have the ability to purchase the product. I have well over $300-400 worth of purchased Routines / Profiles / Botbases on my buddyauth that were purchased with no issue. Just seems to me like a poor customer service standpoint on HB's behalf. edit: Sorry Wulf, didn't mean to voice my opinion about HB's issues here. I've heard great feedback from people on the routine and was simply voicing my frustrating as to not being able to purchase it. My issue is obviously with HB, not you guys as there's nothing you can do.
All merchants are hit with processing fees on refunds. Also "Letting someone use my HB key and buddyauth while I was taking a break" is against their ToS.
Anyone have any Ideas as to why my mana potions are not being used when I am at 30% mana or less when healing or has he just not added it yet?? Also why does it cast 2 holy radiance at the beginning of a fight even when it is toggled off?
Update: Just got back from holidays, I have worked all of today on Oracle (The framework for localisation is in and the menu has been done for a start). There is a bug in Monk, and Resurrection logic that I need to fix before I push the release. I also will be adding new beta testers tomorrow to begin a fresh round of testing. Not long now. Wulf
Does any have some resto druid settings they could share for raid boss fights? I've checked the settings manager but that only has nonboss settings. I have 650 gear but am having mana issues when using the default settings.
Holy Prism needs to be cast on CD with the boss targeted not how it is now with using it on party members. It is a huge HPS loss in it's current format.
