      Hi Chinajade
You know you can dig a ditch with a spoon but it will be a lot easier if you use a better tool. Notepad++ is a great tool and so is Scite, Scine, and syntext just to name a fiew text editors. But to graphically view and edit a HB script I have not found anything like Apoc's profile editor. My ability to create scripts is not diminished without it but the more tools i have the faster i can dig the ditch.

I will be bringing this back from the dead, however I can't give any ETAs as I have lots of stuff to do.

With that said, I will be looking for a competent developer to help me out on the project. HB Profiles in general are quite massive, and writing an editor for it is well... even more massive.

When I try to run the editor I get the following error (event log) after seleting the WoW path.

Failed extract of third-party root list from auto update cab at: <http://www.download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/authrootstl.cab> with error: A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file.
      .

I have all the requirements installed.

I get the 'ApocDev.Tools.WoW.Dbc.MapEntry' threw an exception. Noticed 2 people had the same error but no reply was given apart from the fact you said you would bring ths program back from the dead.
A fix for this would be great as I cannot send the error report I just get a message saying this error has been sent in too many reports... or along those lines.
      Cheers Apoc.

Neither did I but if you read some of the recent comments it does work for some people.

Edit: Sorry only just noticed the dates on those posts, my apologies.
Hopefully an update is on it's way soon ^-^

Maybe for those running older versions of WoW? Not sure. I believe its crashing on most people who are up to date. This would have come in handy today with servers being down so long. I could have checked out some zones and worked on grinding profiles.
