      I'm trying to compile a list of DPS /Tank Classes that have off-healing abilities. If anyone would like to help speed the project along by adding any missing information or pointing out any misspelling for a Class I would greatly appreciate it. Remember this is for healing abilities only not defensive cool-downs (Cloak of Pain). I think I've got them all but you never know...

      In addition, if anyone would like to give me the level 70 tool-tips to these spells with regards to cast time, heal range, CD, and energy that would also be helpful in prioritizing the Health Percent thresholds. I know they are relative to gear but not when prioritizing.
