Don't take it personal. It seems there has been a drastic change to the forum posting rules; from something like we'll keep potentially harmful things off the site -to- watch your own back. I wasn't aware of the change, probably a lot of other people weren't either. We can probably look forward to a lot more people registered for a week posting .exes & that's what Giwin is warning of.
Yeah, I understand. I don't understand how this has 1k views, it's a simple tool wtf lol! I'm still trying to think of something else I can make now!
My guess is because a user made .exe existing on the forum has never happened before. Or if it has its been strictly regulated.
Connor would you be so kind and edit your first post to give some more details on what it does. I think I have the general understand of what it does from what I've read, but those posts are way down, out of sight of the initial post. I for one appreciate your work and am glad the community grows and projects like these aspire - we just need some sort of neatness in your way of inviting people to use the product. Perhaps add a "Features" section.
Trying to think of something else to code currently, but none of the community have give meh any ideas!! <.<
People probably expected it to be more than just a simple "How to purchase" guide, as it was advertised as "The Honorbuddy Helper" and Honorbuddy does need a lot of help with many things.
That should be anyone that uses the Internet. If you're all about discouraging Internet skepticism, then I've got a friend in Nigeria that'd love to talk to you.
if you realy looking for crazy ideas you could add a "check" section where your tool could check people have startet or set their wow to 32 bit and directx 9 you could start wow 32 bit with the -d3d9ex param for dx9 or you could check the config.wtf from wow or if the task is namend wow.exe *32 or or or ....
