I would like a refund. It turns out that I really liked the rebornbuddy, but unfortunately it has several problems and doesn't meet my demands. The jobs are out of date, and Magitek appears to be practically dead. I submitted a refund request on my sixth day of use, and I know that refunds are offered until the seventh, so I would like a refund, either to my credit card or the PayPal account that I purchased. Thank you very much in advance and I intend to definitely buy if the update frequency goes up in the next expansion
Yea, the support tickets can take a while if ever to get resolved sadly. Best I can do is reset the activation on your key
The key will be reset to inactivated so you can come back in months without having time count against the key
